Absolute distance maybe but you'd have to take into account public transport and alternative routes.

I have tried walking from sembawang mrt to parc life and it takes me 7-8 min ( not fast walking) . Is acceptable walking distance to me.

You are right. I strolled and talked at the same time, cutting through the blocks and I got there quite quickly. About 7 to 8 minutes.

According to the URA website, 9 units were sold in May. In contrast, Visionaire sold 11 in May.

Sales trickling in slowly. At this rate, I wonder if they can even sell 80% by TOP.

Realized URA price is cheaper than what is listed in SRX by few hundred dollars....interesting. But at least SRX reveal the block number.
