I have a question, an agent keep asking us to give cheque to try for more discount with the developer, my question is if we give the cheque but if the developer don't give the discount, does it mean we must llst buy the unit or we can withdraw? My agent keep saying if the developer reject the discount request, we have right to withdraw, hope anyone here can clarify this. Thanks

So did you manage to get additional discount through this way? Understand thr is 1% discount currently (less those facing pool). Anyone managed to get more discount other than that?

According to my agent, discount won't go beyond 5% same as launch discount. Otherwise will cause discontent with the earliest buyers.

I managed to get 5% discount when I purchased my unit last Sunday.

Looks like it is being blocked by stack 12. Shldnt be a problem unless high levels.
I'm looking at stack 17. But seems like there is no sun at all throughout the day, and facing the yard area for sky Park residence. Is this good or bad?

Ur house will be very cooling if no sun throughout the day.
Stack 17 hv more privacy because nobody stay opp ur unit. Indirect SkyPark pool View. If u like it then don't think about yard area

Stack 17 is East facing rooms and balcony will get good dose of morning sun.

I got a high floor Stack 17 unit too. If I am not wrong, now this stack only left low floors units which may directly face Sky Park BBQ pavilion.

So have you decided? Doubt the west sun can be blocked

Anyway, drove past PL that day and saw building the Latern Pavilion Spa. And building the main swimming pool. Some units have the glass doors to the balconies up already.

developer may want to market pc north park residences at yishun first , as this ec seems a value buy and able to sell itself, short walking distance to semb mrt is a plus too
