Still figuring how to walk from Parc life to the hot spring. It's only accessible by foot, right? No parking lot?

The distance to the hot spring still ok..it is the uphill and downhill which is tiring...good exercising though...

Anybody as concern as me that the cranberra cc activities + the to-be-built place of worship + the open park will generate excessive noise?

Also, the future resale value of EC in competition with so many nearby EC with better location?

Seriously? If those are your major concerns, do steer away from this project and refrain from posting in the thread. Excessive noise & resale value competition? :s13::s13::s13:

Then what are your major concerns? You not concern with noise to your home and future resale value?

If you want to rebuke, at least offer an alternative view.

Since you request for an alternative view, here is one for you: How about consider buying yourself an island instead?

No noise, no CC activities, no place of worship. Resale value potential, provided if it does not go down under the water due to global warming.

Again, troll, you have yet to answer to me what you deem as major concerns...
Sharing view that have no purpose is of no meaningful discussion to this thread.

Maybe you should consider shifting to that island you proposed and stop posting here. 0 insight and 0 link to parc life..
