Actually curious to know, if there's anyone already brought from Parc life? Seem like very quiet here.

We bought Verandah 4-bed room facing Canberra Park. Would love to see beautiful sunsets instead of scorching hot morning sun.

We actually went to Visionaire at first as based on their pamphlet which showed only a single block, we naively thought it is an unique project, unlike other projects with blocks facing each other. Turns out to be misleading and now that it's being built up, the distance between the blocks are uncomfortably close( from our point of view) without much privacy

Which stack? 1,4, 12 and 15 look ok...

Did you sign up Canberra primary as parent volunteer?

Ok, I remember now...

Think consult master better. Seems to be logical place to put dining table. Mirror on the wall or partition, L shape cabinet to block view from door

Same thinking. Good View is the premium well spent.

actually i think that this development is just nice, not too far, not too near to MRT/
my wife stays near Mrt, every 5-6 mins can hear the tracks from the station, which is darn noisy

We are seriously considering engaging FS master...friends recommending Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong..they and their friends had witnessed good effects after he FS their homes/ office...but think charges may be steep

Sorry for a couple of mix-ups today...

Nice unit if you don't mind the west sun.

TOP in Q1 2018... still can't quite believe it. My wife already started talking to IDs...

Indeed...feel that those who want to live near mrt have strange mentality..true, near mrt is very convenient but not mrt TRACK please...

A short 6 to 8 min walk to mrt station is acceptable and ideal exercise...anyway bus stop is just close by. That's another factor why we chose this project over the others nearby

Our current flat has morning and evening sun actually so we have no problem with both east or west sun...hot morning sun for drying laundry and killing germs

In fact we prefer evening sun as due to climate change, the heat is actually not as punishing as the morning heat..can enjoy evening breeze and beautiful sunsets after that

i got 2 contact though, one in Loyang beside the loyang tao peh gong temple.
another one is Long Shifu in Woodland

price wise, i pay $120 to the loyang one to choose my stack according to our bazi
and will engage him again to choose the move in date and layout of the house as TOP draws near.

Btw are you guys going to redo the floor again? i thinking of laying marble gum and polish to make it smooth.
