My own views -- I have visited practically all the ECs in singapore before I purchased a unit at Parc Life :) My first choice was Sol Acres which was sold out before i could grab my choice unit. Although it seems like supply is still aplenty, this is not so in my case due to budget constraints. Brownstone was hence not in my choice because of the available units/price.

I was torn between Visionaire and Parc Life which PL ultimately won due to:

1. Developer: Frasers vs. Qingjian. More confidence in Frasers developments.

2. I would prefer to be located some distance away from town centre (where everything's within arms' reach) but easily accessible to more places e.g. only 2 MRT stations away from Woodlands, the upcoming regional centre, instead of being in Woodlands itself. e.g. no need to be in Yishun itself but can easily reach Khoo Teck Puat

3. Walking distance to a park - jogging/cycling becomes easier to achieve

4. Ultimately, i find Yishun too crowded. There's a lot of private housings which is like double-edged sword - brings out the feel it's an atas area VS. future selling competition.

~~ Cheers ~~

I see.. Thanks for your input!
I was comparing between Brownstone and PL actually.. But PL had better and more choices of units available too.

Any updates on the plan to remove the Visual Control Screen from level 13 onwards at stack 20 and 23?

Can anyone staying near to Sembawang area or PARC life advise on the noise from the helicopters? Is it very frequent and loud ?

I went there to physically wait for the sound. I can tolerate the helicopter sounds. Its just a one off thing.. Doesn't really matter.

Helicopters sound quite okay. And not so frequent I think. I usually jog there at night. And they practice around. I can accept the sound since stay in the house

I feel the same. Noises from helicopters are acceptable compared to consistent track or road noise.

Hi all, is stack 27 good ? I heard is north south facing? But it's selling slow on stock 27 as compared to stack 24,25 and 26.

Many stacks are north-south, though not exactly north or south...

Not sure why it's not popular. Near the playground, tennis court and perhaps main road?
Seems fine to me though

Which 1 better good and bad between them

Quite individual preference . Pool view will remain as pool view in Long run . But you never know what will happen to the park in future .

Pool view generally command higher psf price as well . However pool may get noisy on weekend .

End of the day it's really up to what you want . Some people may prefer pool view some people may prefer unblocked view of park.
