Northwave plot faces 2 roads one at ave 12 really busy. The other is the future NSE.
I rather get PL nearer to mrt and still have accessibility to NSE

Parc life was selling at Signature price before they halt sales so price likely to go up further when they top. Maybe $880 psf?

I paying close to a million for it.. so what gain is there ??

Based on my research, those ec bought 5years ago at 700-800k also selling now for 900k-1million.... the profit of 200k is the same as buying a hdb and reselling now ma...
