I cannot stop them though.
The faster, the better.
Next time, try to be gone in under 60 seconds. The faster, the better.![]()
but really I think my chance is Low to escape since it is an offence but it affected me as it hurts my survival points and my income.

Check youself if you fell within the definition of “parking” under the Road Traffic Act.
“park” means to bring a motor vehicle or a trailer to a stationary position and cause it to wait for any purpose other than that of immediately taking up or setting down persons, goods or luggage;

By definition no, but it is inside bus stop area.![]()

Bus stop area is still subject to the parking definition, that is, “Parking a vehicle within 9 metres of a bus stop”.
Notice that the offence carefully uses “parking”, not “stopping”.![]()
I really hope so and I vowed to steer away from bus stop forever.
Will LTA be so kind on me?I really hope so and I vowed to steer away from bus stop forever.

Not sure about LTA but these should be kind on you since the bus stop and its vincinity are under their jurisdiction.

I read many got it at FLS and lta will base on facts finding.
I feel jaded honestly.

Taxis (and private hire vehicles) are also subject to their own rules.
Accordingly, taxis stopping at bus stops are prohibited.
Conduct of chauffeured private hire car drivers and taxi drivers
22B.—(1) A licensee, when acting as a chauffeured private hire car driver or a taxi driver, must not do any of the following:
(a) stop the private hire car or taxi within 9 metres of a bus‑stop —
(i) measured from the outer edge of the yellow demarcated box of a bus‑stop; or
(ii) measured from the tip of a bus bay,
except when the private hire car or taxi breaks down owing to a defect in the private hire car or taxi, or its tyres;
The penalty for infringement is S$50.

So I be in trouble.![]()

Remember what I always say.
Just because you break a law does not mean you would be charged with one.
This may even apply in the case of breaking two laws.![]()
really depressing.
May I know how long it takes LTA to update the online portal for the offences?![]()
