The issue is when I do, I do it unknowingly thinking I earn street hail fare. Then I pass by realize it has Parking Enforcement Camera (PEC) and I start to frown, lose sleep and low morale since then.

Making a living sometimes can be blinded even there is a notice board there. For example the race course road there all double yellow line but passenger insist drop off there. I am headache and stress over this.

Double zig zag= no stopping at all (unless your car is on fire and about to explode etc).
Single zig zag= only stop to alight or board, no waiting allowed.
Double yellow= wait a while is allowed, no parking is allowed.

I have the picture with me I know now. double yellow line is allowable but sometimes got PEC and I saw got officer loitering around PEC or beyond along the stretch. this somewhat gives me an impression that LTA always ambushing.

Can expert advise me? I today pick one passenger at fu lu shou bus stop at rochor. then I realise there is parking enforcement CCTV , I pick up passenger and move off within 2 mins will I get summon?
