What makes u think the property price will stagnant like Reflections ah ? Most integrated will make money one, its a matter of make how much only.
nope most integrated development will make money, provided they enter at correct price point. the mixed dev you see e.g. Le quest, north park etc all made money because they launched at ard 1.3k psf.

do you think the 2.1k PSF PR8 2B1B will make money? yes its a matter of how much... loss he gg to tank on TOP

Im 50/50 since during launch day only going for 17XX. However even midwood and florence remaining 1 bedder hit 18XX and market lack supply for 1 bedroom . What are your thoughts ?

Haha he tight budget . Told me 1.1m max and don't want resale.
I cant think of any good buy new launch now.

1.1mil can buy a lot of things. a 2 bedder OCR at Canberra. 9xxk nia.
Who knows CHP one bedder may launch within your fren’z budget :o

Yah i actually ask him go for commodore at least near MRT and can get 2 bedder but he anti north haha.

current new launches are mainly leftovers from last year’s supply.. all price hikes a few rounds recently especially after PR8 launch itself.. all damn expensive already..

yah i agree. Now leftover really damm ex. Got a shock midwood hit 18XX too

If he’s buying for investment.. should be opened to anywhere right.. so long the entry price is right and he gets a good queue number.. don’t restrict options.. if he buying to stay then ok.. must buy something you like..

Tell him to wait next year to buy Tanah Merah new launch isn’t it better? Should be $16-17xxpsf..
