Eh brudda the place you put your yellow plate so dirty then you jitao use it to stir fry your ckt…? :s22:

So… anyone ate his ckt before and lived to tell the tale? How was it?
Pakcik ate his mala CKT once. other than oily, it was tasty. The smoke is important - most other CKT places, you don't see the smoke. But Pakcik prefers CKT across the causeway, sini tak sedap in general.

he should not use the melamine, which is stable till 120degC. The bottom of the wok is super hot, way above 140degC. Just change to a metal plate, not a big thing and not heavy either.
Metal conduct heat too fast for the hand.

Packing of cooked and/or Ready-to-Eat food
Dishing of cooked and/or Ready-to-Eat food
