PC auto restart during gaming

my current rig will auto restart itself while gaming (genshin impact/cyberpunk 2077), monitor will suddenly blackout & shows no signal then will restart itself (happened for like about 4x on different occasions). if not lets say i leave my com on overnight, the next day when i was bout to click my progs on my desktop the com will hang and i can't click anything but have to force restart the com. any idea what are the causes for these issues?

This one abit hard to troubleshoot if you don't have extra parts especially the PSU and motherboard.

1) Stress test your cpu (cinebench/prime95) Don't forget to check WHEA errors during it
2) run memtest86 for rams
3) furmark for gpu

I'm guessing it's the ram.

my ram is set at 3200 in bios instead of 3600, cpu n gpu not OC at all.

May I know if you have been OC your system?

If yes please try to disable all OC features and see if system stabilized?

Did you turn on XMP/DOCP and then downclock or just set the clockspeed to 3200?

how about your power plan in control panel? using balance mode?

you mean your RAM capable at 3600 but you are running at 3200?

DOCP is on, i just set the speed at 3200 thats all

yup, power plan is in balance mode with setting "turn off hard disk" at 0 mins, and yes im running it at 3200

given the stability issue, please also considered update all your firmware for CPU, motherboard & GPU

and check all your psu cable is fixing tightly to the components.

my bios for my asus mobo is currently ver. 2802, gpu has already updated the latest driver (game ready driver)

Reinstall drivers, check ram.

Got chance is PSU if you can get one to test best test that after the ram

No worry I think 1 more factor is missing, may i know what is your CPU cooler? have you been checking your system temperature? if yes what is the reading like?

im using nzxt kraken x63 280mm, on nzxt cam software shows my cpu on idle is at around 40deg inside aircon room and gpu is at around 41deg
