yes auro sync is more stable.

previously Armoury Crate in my system was not stable and it will suddenly run some Cscript.exe in the background and prompt out of no where disturb my gaming session, after uninstall my system is more stable and so far no more sudden prompt of Cscript.exe running in the backgroup during gaming session.

however our system might be different to certain extent, i believe no harm to uninstall first and check if it could resolve your sudden restart of system.

Why everyone so sure it is physical hardware issues?

Use another hard disk to install n boot into clean os. From there see if still got such problems again. This process won't take excessively long but at least will know whether is hardware problem or not.

Maybe what I'm saying doesn't make sense, then kindly ignore.

ok i will take it 1 step at a time first to slowly find out which is the issue that is causing the problem, as of now i already set disabled DOCP and set it to auto instead and using studio driver on nvida geforce experience. will monitor for these few days to see if there are any restart issue, thank you all that posted your advises here

Most of the time system instability first culprit will be RAM instead of software based for suddenly shutdown or overheat issue.

It's would be last resort to reformat the OS if we do not have extra hdd available

May I know if tgis method resolve your previously mentioned about mouse and keyboard issue?

Mine also start the genshin impact then auto restart. I changed psu then ok liao. Very typical psu not giving enough juice scenario. IMO, psu spoilt.

my current rig will auto restart itself while gaming (genshin impact/cyberpunk 2077), monitor will suddenly blackout & shows no signal then will restart itself (happened for like about 4x on different occasions). if not lets say i leave my com on overnight, the next day when i was bout to click my progs on my desktop the com will hang and i can't click anything but have to force restart the com. any idea what are the causes for these issues?

Actually when I see this, the first part I will check is the RAM then the PSU. In this case, I noticed its Corsair ram, and I suggest if the TS do try using another set of rams, perhaps other brands to test. I've not used any Corsair ram since my first Ryzen 1600X rig because it was incompatible (despite the model is listed on the QVL list), and it gave me so much crashing, rebooting and fail to boot issues. Basically it will not work if the RAM is running at anything more than the base clockspeed of 2133Mhz. I know its been a number of years now, but not sure if the problem is fully resolved.

Other part may be the PSU which may not be able to cope with the transient power of the components.

Try disable both items in bios, found from my reading regarding to the computer hang, not responsive issue:
EIST = Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology. This gives your operating system the ability to switch the processor's speed and voltage up and down, to preserve power when not much is being computed.

C1E = is a power saving enhancement to the state the CPU is in when there is totally nothing to do at all. Whilst doing something productive with your computer, it spends most of the time in C1 state - and if you make it C1E, you'll save power.

Does AMD Cool&Quiet still exist in ryzen mobo?

quick update: left my com overnight n went to sleep, wake up n check my com and it does not hang. will try playing game to see if it suddenly restart *finger crossed*

Your PSU spoilt liao... once it takes load, it will restart.

If ram change to stock speed okay, I suggest to update bios to latest first. Then you turn back on DOCP then run memtest86

the latest bios for asus mobo is beta version, is it ideal to use a beta version or a normal version before it?
