You have to take into account your room temperature too. Whats your room temps?

before thinking of spending any money, the very first thing is always to check the contact of CPU to heatsink. sometimes it can be as simple as poor mounting.

easiest way to check is to touch the heatsink to feel if it's hot.
warm/hot means mounting ok, cool means mounting not ok.

If you are looking for a better thermal compound, I hard that the Arctic Silver is one of the best. Just be careful not to spill over anything as silver conducts electricity. I believe most shops sell it for $18.

According to Linustechtips, that casing is doesnt seem to be have much space to draw in air. But since u open the front panel already, I suggest you get fans with high Static Pressure to have more power to pull in air.

Haswell non OC? thats kinda strange, mine runs 65 degrees on load, but then again Im using a hyper 212 evo aftermarket cooler. If the temps are bothering you, you can get an aftermarket cooler. Hyper 212 evo is well known for its best price performance ratio
