ask y'all ah, if pc freeze, unplug gpu cable then plug into onboard graphic will automatically recover the display freeze to determine whether gpu likely the root cause?

No, freezing is unlikely caused by graphic card.
Graphic card issue will be either black screen or this.

I no time to individual diagnose the root cause. I just find every month freeze once or twice is annoying.

I send them for diagnostic liao.. if they find no issue how?? they say going to change the PSU and Mobo + clean windows installation (format the whole ssd).

Once fix plus replacement still got issue after 1 month means what??? I only on chrome and bluestack emulator on weekend nia. Mostly chrome on only.

any advice for them to change the most critical component first then see how? It’s unlikely they gona change the whole component.

Find reputable repair shops like PC CARE & Solution, Fuwell, PCThemes etc. to fix your PC.
After they diagnose which you have to pay for diagnostic fee than they will tell you what is spoil.
Than you decide whether to replace or not.

Avoid shops that do not diagnose like backlane shops etc.
Whether or not after repair still cannot that one no one can say.
Is like send car for repair, sometimes is not one time fix can already.

Yes some people scare send things for repair end up never repair which
is why go for known shops that people share here.
Don't go those ulu ulu less known repair shop.

Hmm your AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600X don't have onboard graphics. I checked your CPU spec page. When you mentioned ''unplug gpu cable then plug into onboard graphic'' you are referring to the HDMI port of the motherboard?

The problem you mentioned dun sound like freezing. Freezing normally dun recover by just unplugging and reconnect your display adapter to another source.

What I think is that you had mistaken signal loss/black screen as freezing that why when you reconnect the adapter, you pc resume again.
