PC keep hanging randomly

downloaded an installation media windows creation tool on a USB and plugged in, but despite pressing F11 (and also F8 on other tries), unable to enter Boot Menu.

sigh. anyone can recommend a repair store in SLS which I can visit?

The below mentioned update is giving a lot of issue. At least for mine.

After installing, I have trouble loading windows fully. After it load fully, it will give the memory management blue screen.

1809 refresh give the least issue.

remove kb4482887 ..

Sound like Malware issue otherwise chrome issue... run a virus scan.... the symptom are like page not loading or displayed properly.
