Thanks =) No wonder the 650W superflower leadex3 already out of stock....

Go for 750W.. a few year ago I wanted 650W.. luckily there was no stock. Now my com can support RTX 3080 without any issues.. hahaha. No one thought the day where newly released GPUs needing more power will come, but it did.

Last time, the stock for this is even worse.. go to SLS 3 different time for 3 different build.. all say no stock.

Hi TS, I will still recommend the Leadex III. Not because its modular or semi modular.

I recommended it because it has proven to be a top tier power supply since its first iteration.

It's also recommended and listed as a top tier PSU. Superflower is also gaining popularity in the US market these days unlike the past few years.

I guess is a no-brainer to go for the Leadex III? lol If i am not wrong the warranty is 10 and 5 years respectively so it makes sense to spend that additional 10 bucks?

Local leadex iii warranty is 5 years, at least for the 750w version it is, based on what my friend bought on sunday at sls.

I got a quote from DIY PC builder, he mentioned that some of the stocks that he purchased are Parallel import stocks (ie: RAM/SSD). Is that something I can consider ? Afraid if anything bad happen and not from local distributor, will there be any issues ?

Ssd/ram most have international warranty so depending on the brand, you can rma in Singapore provided got local service center. Can go direct to them instead of distributor. If not, can send to Taiwan. Less than 10$ only.

Will he do the RMA for you? Or do you have to do it yourself?

Shipping fees for parts depend on its size weight and location.

Let's say if I import G.skill ram, if anything goes wrong with it the RMA is at taiwan and thus shipping fee won't be that bad.

Hope some other bros over here that is more experienced with sending products overseas for RMA can advice you.
