Bro the pebble is 2 inch driver only. You cannot defy the law of physics. Specifications states lowest frequency is 100hz from these speaker. No need to test also know these has absolutely no bass
How low should the frequency be for speakers to be able to produce decent amount of bass?

Depends of what kind of bass you want and what speaker set up. A bookshelves with 5-6 inch driver usually goes down to 40-50hz. Well i wont call that bass, more of mid bass,. You wan bass you need to look at subwoofers. Good subwoofers goes down to 20hz easily. The heart thumping chair shaking bass are called sub bass that goes below 20hz. That kind of subwoofer easily cost $1000 onwards. So bass is an expensive thing to chase after... For normal user who are not into audio, jus get a decent speaker that goes down to 50hz will do

If want a very good setup, try this:

LG C1/C2 oled tv as monitor.
Connect Sonos Arc via hdmi eARC
then add 2x Sonos sub woofers
2x Sonos one SL

I use this setup play elden ring really lie on floor cannot get up. Too zai already for movies, games and music.

Aiyima T9 $120 on shopee

If want hdmi arc, better to go for a $300 avr, mainly because u get more inputs than a similarly priced stereo amp, support more audio formats and have option to go home theatre with 5.1 speakers.

For listening to music... is it advisable to get gaming speakers?

Which model? If solely music I recommend the Edifier R1280DBs bookshelf speaker.
I'm only thinking of getting budget speakers... I was thinking between Redragon GS520 or Onikuma G6...

For 500$ you can easily get a cheap Chinese amp plus a pair of entry level passives. It would be much better compared to gaming speakers.

If you want to go down the rabbit hole, desktop gears can go very expensive to 5 digit figures. I made this mistake and considering to purchase a DAC close to 4K, lol.

It's one of those hobbies once you have a taste of what's possible you won't go back to just simple setup. My current setup now already totaled more than $10K. But wah, the sound, can just sit down listen for music for hours.

Can try auditioning these two below. Once you hear them, you will never ever consider those Edifier, Swans, Klispch, Harman Kardon, etc anymore.

No comment on these speakers, the name is to entice people to buy it but sound quality should be either
bad or average only.
Logitech Z313 will easily trash those speaker not in terms of bass but balanced sound.
I have one but that one is for my Dad PC to listen to music and movies which is decent
with strong bass.

I saw this review that gives high praise to these gaming speakers - Redragon GS520... maybe u can take a look... it describes them as "probably one of the best RGB gaming speakers under $50 ..."
