For others info: It has sharkfin, flower mushroom, abalone mushroom, bamboo shoot, dried scallop as main ingredients whilst chicken and abalone soup based. (read from the can itself).
Pricing at ESSO is $68.80 with fry dried fish maws (local store selling 3 pk/$10).
I planning to add in stuff like top shells ($4-$5) and volutun shell ($8-$10), used their gravy and stir fried abit with garlic, dried chili, padi chili and balachan - I think it will make $68.80 peng cai alot more grand, nice and be just perfect as a starter dish.![]()
