Seems like the windows openings are restricted due to proximity to expressway for bca acoustic requirements. And only two panels are openable as per the plans.

Household shelters in 2020 new launches

Is there a new rule which requires more household shelters to be built? Why is there a return in household shelter? For eg. Forett and Penrose

They woke up finally that they decided not to absorb those areas under common staircase under the developer.

New ruling not mentioned leh. Forett sales agent tell me quite a lot of ppl actually prefer to have HS like a store room, so the Developers bringing it back. I personally prefer a study with window.

from what I understand, if there are not enough sets of staircases in the block to double up as a bomb shelter, then it is mandatory for the developer to build a shelter (and well charge it accordingly )

anyone can help clarify if my understanding is correct.

moving forward, we'll see quite alot of new projects with home shelter again... cos need to make the size 'bigger' so squeeze in the home shelter for bigger units lor..
