2br so big sized. Means a lot of buyers will be priced out of Penrose 3sp at $1700 psf.

The lay out for the rooms seems flawless for the two bedder, enclosed kitchen with dumbbell layout like no void space at all.

Very rare to find enclosable kitchen for 2br these days, based on layout can tell will be popular

Only problem are I notice for 2br are the toilets have no window ventilation, kitchen as well

showflats approved to open from 19/09...

just nice no more ghost around

update: heard different dates from different agents. above date might be wrong..
