Most of the petrol brands skipped giving promotion during Christmas period even though they ran it in the previous years. So this round is likely to compensate for that or it’s early promotion for Chinese New Year.

Maybe go apply for PDVL, can apply for PHV fuel discount for most petrol companies without driving as PHV.

Easy 2 days course, even with the renewal fee etc it is more than worth it haha.

Currently I pump at Shell, PHV at Shell is upfront 22% (17%+5%).
