Same answer as my #25, regardless if there was a witness or not, I will not & I do not have the right to stop serviceman to report to his commander & report sick or even trying to make a service injury. However there is a different between those who report immediately or days/months later.

So now, you agree that end of the day, investigation still has to be done to confirm whether the claims is legit or not.

What you all have been doing is just ask TS to fill service injury claim.

What I have been advising is the side effect in behind scene will happen if TS decided to fill service injury claim & what the different between report immediately after accident and report after days/months later.
Late claims? Have also been approved before (not that it's recommended).

Side effects? Haven't seen any, behind the scenes or not (the "commander" in question is even a regular officer).

Exactly.

Thing is, he refuses to accept the fact that things may have changed, and that his information may be outdated (or dubious, for that matter, given his use of random terms) when someone else with knowledge of the process shares their experience.
There are people who are in denial about not providing wrong information.

i definitely do agree that the later one reports, one will miss the golden opportunity to secure as much evidence as possible

I have never denied that there needs to be an investigation. If not there maybe a lot of frivolous claims.

The way you are saying whatever you are saying is, seem like you are discouraging people from even filing a claim. You seem to suggest that if one delay filing a claim, don't bother filing. If one doesn't have a witness, don't bother filing.
