Earlier with Citibank Card on Lazada can get for $253. Citibank voucher last I checked ran out.

Now it's $282 to $283 depending on credit card used.

Hi all, I just got my F4 migrating from X3 NFC.

First scare after I got my phone.

My 67W charger didn't work, phone doesn't charge.

I tried the new charger on a spare phone which doesn't have 67W fast charging, so i thought it would charge albeit at a slow rate.

It didn't.

Now i got a phone that doesn't charge and a charger that doesn't work.

luckily the phone start to charge after i connect it to my 33W charger from my X3 NFC. when it finally started up i switched to the 67W charger and it now works.

Conclusion: 67W fast charge doesn't work on flat battery, neither did my spare phone which wasn't able to support fast charge of up to 67W.

Any new users of F4, don't freak out like me. give it some time to charge.

ya..this is the common encounter for this phone...maybe too old since production and batt become flat..

oh ya btw, the phone doesn't come with a usb-c to 3.5mm connector? i thought i saw it on the shopee/lazada site...

edit: ah i found it. it was sandwiched between the user manuals.

Wait for at least a good 10 to 15 mins plug in to the 67w charger before it starts charging.
The batt quite solid, now still at 100% batt life span on accu battery app.

For some who think that the adaptive brightness function is not working well, it is due to the default protective temper glass that comes with the phone.

Just replace it with a better quality temper screen protector like those from UGREEN. Immediately you will realise the adaptive brightness feature works as it should.

The reason why I decided to get this phone (instead of a 13 Pro) even though it was an older phone is because it is well supported by several custom ROMs like pixel experience, pixelOS, LineageOS and MIUI.eu, etc. For those who want better camera features, just install the Gcam apk, and load the user configuration file if the default settings does not work for you.​
