Samsung got samsung knox. Everytime before apps is installed, the app will be encrypted by knox, hence the delay when installing apps

But it's just so ridiculously slow. When I first got it out of the box installations took 30mins to 1 hr. Then I checked online and found out it has to do with security scanning and then I disabled it. Samsung way of being extra remind me of the Galaxy S when they had their own filesystem. The phone was so laggy even when just rebooted that it can freeze when I open my contact list, practically unusable.

Hahaha well, no competitors now especially with huawei out of the mobile phone market due to no gms makes them too complacent

Samsung is a good brand, but expensive, just like iPhones.

It is in some ways. It's still reliable for most part but there's always like a nudge to push me away and battery life is one.

To be fair to them, the Galaxy S2 was amazing. Actually even Galaxy S was good in hardware (minus the camera launching lag) if you root and replaced the filesystem with the default one and custom rom.

Their Galaxy S series really picked up pace with the S6 onwards. Designed, camera lag was fixed and it finally felt premium. Had the Note 5 for 5 years before it went dead on me. The Galaxy S2 lasted till last year till I gave it to my sis.

So far my old Poco M5 series as spare phone gave the best endurance in batt life.

Is on the saturated side but portrait shoots are close to skin tone colors.
For Poco, I shall manage my expectations since they are not that great on camera performance since F1.
Perhaps might do a camera comparison between mi11 lite ne vs F4 some day.

I used gcam before I got my S22 Ultra. It really makes my F2 Pro looks good that's why camera isn't my priority for this phone. In fact, I'm buying it mostly to replace my ipod touch for music only.

Precisely haha. So it goes nicely into my left jeans pocket without both pocket having something big so it's easier to walk

Good thing that the Poco F5 is light and I think it has 3.5mm

Yeah, Laz estimated delivery is 29 Jun - 3 Jul, but the status is "Packed and will be handed over to logistic partner" for my order. We'll see.

I think Poco has improved if I compared the amount of bloat ware between x3 nfc vs F4.
Didn't need to delete a lot of stuff.

How? Is it everything u expected it to be?

I like it. Rather smooth and the built quality is better than what I've expected. Maybe my expections are lower than some. Comparing to my Mi 9T, I would think it's perform faster, charge faster and temperature is lower.
