To be honest, the speed difference might be due to the game is optimised better on ios though. But i still believe expectations has to be managed especially comparing between these 2 devices. Maybe poco f5 is a few seconds slower than iphone, but does that few seconds worth the 2 to 3 times price difference? For me, hell no :s13:
I feel that iphone is smoother than any android device even thought iphone, their old model iphone that only support 60fps and they can play without any drop of frame. This is the power of iOS.

For andorid, maybe they have limited compact size of phone. Cos handphone size does matters while gaming.

Btw, I just playing mobile legends. I can feel iphone is smoother, I not sure about other game.

like i mentioned, manage expectations lor.

iphone still costs significantly more than poco

mlbb maybe cant feel much difference. everytime my game finish loading, i am waiting for other players to finish loading also. so the loading speed for the game doesnt really matter much for me

While playing with the poco F5 pro, I notice issue in the google map compass. Normally, when I launch google map indoor example mall, it will have a pointer or an indicator of where I'm facing. Now it doesn't show where I'm facing and I have to keep calibrating to get the pointer or an indicator compass to work.

Anyone face this issue with f5 or f5 pro? or other xiaomi phone? My Samsung galaxy works fine wor...

Just to share, I have tested my other device that is on miui 13, the google map compass is working fine and found in redit discussion mentioning its a miui 14 issue...

The current workaround that works for me is open google map setting and clear all data. Need to do it every time you open goggle map.

Is Poco f5(standard version) charging speed fast? I am using quite a few phone model including iphone. But iphone charging speed is super slow like almost take 1 hour plus to fully charged.

Due to my work, I need fast charging phone with audio jack if possible.

I am now using Realme gt neo 5, and redmagic 8 pro. Both device charge fast, especially realme gt neo 5 it take only less than 10 mins from 1% to 100% fully charged. While redmagic 8 pro around 35 to 45 min fully charged.

expect redmagic 8 pro type of charging speed. gt neo 5 is 150w charging... cant compare...

F5 is only 67w

Yup.
IMHO, if many are so use to the Super FAST Charge speed of iphone & Samsung.
Then those china phone charging speed is already a God Sent. As you get to 100% in less than 60minutes.

For me, my fast charge standard is within 30minutes. So both my phone that i used are within this standard.
So no more overnight charging. Will charge when necessary.

i dont fully charge, so unable to provide exact numbers. i always do partial charges, but redmagic 8 pro 6000mah, can fully charge within 45mins...
Yeah, same around 40 to 45 min, for my red magic 8 pro.
Poco F5 (500Mah @67w) took 47minutes from 0-100%.
Of cos cannot compare with Realme gt neo 5.
That is significantly ultra fast charging on the realme gt neo 5( imagine you saving 37 mins of your time) No wonder sell out very fast.

I hope Xiaomi follow realme foot step on charging department. TBH🍎 iphone charging speed is the worst of all. Almost 1 hour plus still charging sia. I not sure about next gen iphone 15 with USB type c charging speed. I hope 🍎 iphone catching up soon. Sad life.
