there's no way as Xiaomi removed the ability to lock apps in memory on this phone.

Happened on my Redmi Note 3 with Tracestogether. After disabling battery optimization for the app it works fine.

both are the effectively the same phone with only design differences. I think the main difference between the two is the RAM/storage versions. M3 Pro in 4/64 and 6/128 and Note 10 5G only in 8/128.
