So it's confirmed you only received 1 set instead of 2 sets?

I didn’t open but I weigh it and was around 400+g, phone alone should be 200g and then with charger cable box etc, if it’s 2 phones it should be more than 400g. Anyway Poco CS confirm it’s 1 phone.

Pass, I just return the product to pop station last night.
I put paper say please don't deliver and return to warehouse but the courier still bochup and drop it at my door despite people being at home

Yup I did the same thing too. Received it last night, see the box was too small to fit 2 phones. Straight away initiate refund and return to popstation.

yeah this part is very strange to me. Shopee Poco store user reviews are mentioning that there is NFC but when I asked the seller they told me there is no NFC.

anyone with Poco M5 faces the issue where rebooting the phone (restart from power menu or Google Play System Update restart) and phone does not boot back up? Need to press and hold the power button to turn the phone back on again.

Very strange, happens only after the MIUI 14 Android 13 upgrade.

no, send to service centre and they just did a software update/reinstallation for me.

will need to wait for quite a while before you see the phone boot back up, it will eventually, I learnt to live with it for now.

With your confirmation, it looks to be device issue now, thought was just my unit.

I solved mine last night lol. Factory reset then tried update again. Lucky smoothly this time

My m5 brand new happened. Lol.

The symptoms is finish update press reboot it will go black screen then no boot up. After that if you try boot it up with long power press, the system will shower never update and ask you download again the update then even if you don't update now your phone reboot always never start up! Lol must do the long power button press then boot.
