do you mind screenshotting your status so we can better see? basically its shipped out from sorting center -> in transit -> received at sorting center (J&T or SPX) -> out for delivery.

Ship directly out of Hong Kong warehouse to SG, HK is China.

I still don't have that transit from China to SG part. Pls don't deliver on Wednesday, no one at home to receive parcel.

But I didn't get the cooler. They gave me some pouch instead. I guess it's more useful than the cooler??? Dunno...

I didn't see that option when I add to cart and checked out lol. Damn weird how it doesn't come with it by default tbh but oh well
