much prefer dave2d over flossy. flossy's xiaomi reviews just keep going over "thot protection/second space". trying to show the speakers and display over a screen/video without making proper and educated comparisons also isn't the best. his videos are super chill though.

the white shoes stuff and intros outros, how everything on a scale of 1 to 10 is a major major go, is not really my cup of tea when it comes to a review.

seems more geared towards entertainment than information but to each his own.

Does the ads showing up thing prevalent in poco phone? I mean does ads come out when you doing things like browsing or watching a video?

Anyway of turning off them permanently?

Are ads on previous poco phones too.

Like what the shady video say, they should be more transparent with this kind of things.

If you are experiencing déjà vu, then you aren’t alone. Because these display specs sound exactly the same as that of the newly launched POCO X3. That means, for the first time, a POCO device could be rebranded as a Redmi handset.

Unfortunately, the marketing name of this mysterious smartphone is unknown at the moment. It should be mostly Redmi K40 or maybe a high-end model in the rumored Redmi Note 10 series.

Also, it is worth noting that China is phasing out 4G phones and therefore, even if this device turns out to be identical to POCO X3, it may launch with a 5G chipset instead of 4G Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G.

yessir, i saw his pinned comment stating there are no ads and it was laughable. owns so many phones but doesnt know about regional variations. mrwhosetheboss and dave2d both experienced ads in the OS and he's trying to discredit them.

really making himself look stupid. guess this is what happens when you transition from reviewing cases to reviewing smartphones.

don't read too much into this, it only comes out in certain loading screens and all of it can be turned off. Most xiaomi phones come with this.

It has been over 24 hours for the 9pm batch so far.

I think next upgrade has to be a phone that is at least 90hz display. Really hard to look at 60hz phones once you use a 90hz one, it really makes a difference. Wish I never saw a 90/120hz smoothness, now see 60hz phone feel like a caveman.

Mine is same day 12pm batch, also no movement so far.

This time, I ordered the 128GB model plus 2 sets of BT earpieces. Wonder if the extra parts cause the delay in shipping out.
