I think next upgrade has to be a phone that is at least 90hz display. Really hard to look at 60hz phones once you use a 90hz one, it really makes a difference. Wish I never saw a 90/120hz smoothness, now see 60hz phone feel like a caveman. :(

This is a interesting read ( https://whaddafudge.com/touch-latency-vs-refresh-rate-which-is-more-important/ )

Personally, I enjoy and visually tell the difference between 60hz and 90hz display. But I have also enjoyed "similar" experience with phones that has a very responsive ( aka snappy ) UI.

Having both would be great but if I had to choose 1 of 2 , I would go for better touch latency.

What do u think of phone camera without OIS? Image turn out blur?

Redmi rebrand = Poco
Poco X3 rebrand = Redmi.
Lolx

Sent from Xiaomi POCOPHONE F1 using GAGT

To me, i felt no diff when taking still images with EIS or OIS. I felt
blur is more on the autofocus....
some people do comment OIS is important if got shaky hands...

As for stationery video recording, doesn't matter.
As for on the move video recording, $100 gimbal would be recommend over EIS or OIS.

like inbuilt gimbal in vivo....also doesn't any sense tho....

yea, i owned 90hz and 120hz smartphones and switched back to 60hz without issue. after about 2 days of adjustment, all is back to normal.

comparing the poco f1 and my s10+ which both run at 60hz, the s10+ feels much smoother due to less ghosting and lower latency.

Does the ads showing up thing prevalent in poco phone? I mean does ads come out when you doing things like browsing or watching a video?

Anyway of turning off them permanently?

Are ads on previous poco phones too.

Like what the shady video say, they should be more transparent with this kind of things.

this ads only pop up when you install new apps and the security app scanning the new app installed will have ads or when you use their deep cleaning app to clear up space this kind of ads appear in all xiaomi phone it seems

after watching mrwhosetheboss video, kinda regret not getting the 128gb version
for 64gb variant, usable space is ard 40gb after OS and all.
although with expansion card capability...

Guys I have a concern on the ads. Is it really intrusive and irritating? When will the ads appear?
