Just curious...

You buy, play play and sell...do you lose a lot of money? I mean considering its still a new phone probably weeks old and value don't drop much but still gotta sell it at a lower price point right?

i think many members here do that too, personally, lose is lose la, especially since buying new and selling as used. but its okay la, its a hobby ma, always comes with a cost.
maybe his a phone youtube reviewer :s13:
i not knowledgeable and eloquent enough to express my thoughts into words. understanding of the industry is pretty shallow as well haha

REDMI NOTE 10 TO BE A RE-BRANDED POCO X3 WITH 5G SUPPORT

REDMI NOTE 10 TO BE A RE-BRANDED POCO X3 WITH 5G SUPPORT

Chinese manufacturing giant, Xiaomi, has been releasing a lot of smartphones in recent times. However, most of these devices are simply rebrands of pre-existing devices with a little tweak. In some cases, the company releases the same device with a different name for a different market. While this strategy seems irritating to some smartphone enthusiasts, it is working well for Xiaomi. Yesterday, Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC was released in Europe with a 199 Euros starting price. However, there are reports that the Poco X3 is the global version of the Chinese Redmi Note 10 series.

There are also speculations that Xiaomi M2007J22C which recently got network access certification is the Redmi Note 10. As usual, the Redmi Note 10 series should be available in two versions, a standard version, and a Pro version. As for the price tag, it should come with a 1000+ yuan ($150+) starting price.

but this not confirm yet atm.

"The AI **benchmark previously exposed some information about Redmi Note 10. This smartphone will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 820 chip. This chip was first used by Redmi 10X and Redmi 10X Pro. It is a mid-to-high-end processor jointly developed by Redmi and MediaTek."

I'll choose 732G :s13:

dimensity chips have been a pretty revolutionary addition to the midrange market and dare i say even the higher midrange market.

but as someone who loves custom roms and supporting the development community, I'm not keen on getting an MTK chipset phone till they decide to properly release their source codes and libraries.

thanks for summarising it for me bro, i appreciate it a lot hahaha got rly lazy. have a nice weekend :D

Took the plunge and purchased.
Should be a significant upgrade for me.

1 question, the already applied screen protector is plastic material?

yes its plastic, coming from the pocophone f1, key upgrades are the inclusion of nfc, stereo speakers, a better vibration motor. everything else is more or less of a sidegrade imo.

I should get a glass screen protector.
Where u guys get your screen protector? Shopee as well?

The larger portion of the top screen usable seem like a significant upgrade for me. Poco f1 has a large notch... Getting irritating. Lolx

personally im not getting one unless rly cannot tahan the stock plasticky feel. haha i completely forgot about how disruptive the notch was in seeing notification icons on the top left.

the IR face unlock is pretty wonderful but i have a friend who looks like me and could unlock my phone just by taking his specs off.
