u swipe down from ur screen, u go to edit, dan u will see all the item, below you will see an item call focus mode and bedtime mode, this is the so digital wellbeing

its not an app, its juz a xtra new function, u actualy can find it under settings -> digital wellbeing & parental controls

quite useful when u setup ur phone to bedtime mode, which allow ur phone to disable notification on the specific time or day

nothing to learn about this feature.. it just makes ur screen greyscale at certain times of the day when u heading to bed... doesnt help you disconnect ur wifi, data, etc...
