Hi! Will be posting my thoughts on poco x3 vs poco f1. Previously I used Poco F1 for 2 years and just switch to Poco X3 last month.
Performance wise, I have not notice much difference, X3 is as fast and snappy as F1 even tho its on the 700+ chip. I don't play games on it, just the usual social media and using yahoo finance.
Camera: Much better than Poco F1 imo. There are more options such as the macro lens and the picture quality also looks better. There are 4k videos as well.
Battery: Last much longer than Poco F1 (cos used for 2 years alr). For me, I used my phone quite a lot and it still last me about 1.5 days (from 100% to 30%). Charging is extremely fast, like 1 hour charge finish le, as compared to 2 hours or more on poco F1 previously.
Bought the HK export set from shopmeee on 11/11 at $260 and all the NFC, singpass, paynow working well.
However, there just a few things that bothers me day to day. Recently, my screen sometimes have yellow tinge that appears suddenly when using chrome (did not on reading mode) and when I on/off reading mode, it became normal again but after 1min or so, the yellow tinge appear again. Thinking this might be a software issue and hopefully it will be fixed in the next software update. And there a little more app crashes as compared to Poco F1 (but still not enough to bother me)
Overall, I think its a great deal to switch from Poco F1 to Poco X3 haha when now Poco F1 still have some resale value (sold mine 128gb at $180 on Carousell)
Anyway, now the best 12/12 deal is $299 on qoo. No more $260 for 128gb sadly.
If interested, can buy from: -link removed by moderator- <-- local set with Singapore warranty
And apply the $40 off voucher before checking out: - link removed by moderator-
And use Standard Chartered card to checkout to get another $15 cash back but this one depends on how fast you receive the phone cos u can only claim after shipping is completed and there is limited Cashback quota.
But if can claim cashback then it will be $284 in total for 128gb Poco X3 (still a good deal)
