i mean like stuff to debloat and prevent ads, those sort of stuff..?
depends on urself what to debloat; my take (I find both annoying):

com.miui.videoplayer -- Mi video

com.miui.player -- Mi music

Alternatively, just remove notification permissions on apps that push ads.

Also, com.miui.analytics.

The default case kinda suck. I bought the cheapest 1 from shopee, slightly better but still feel phone too thick. Square edged phones really feel different from curved edged phones.

Now looking for new case. Any1 got thin thin 1 reco?

I thought everyone was using the default case. Wanted to mod it.
There are very few "branded" cases made for Poco X7 Pro. One of which is Nillkin. Around $13. Nillkin has been around for years.
If you are just after a bit of scratch protection, then search for back panel films which will prevent the back from the occasional scratches. They are stickers. If you have bought the black and yellow version of the phone, I am not 100% sure the back panel film will stick well. Obviously no side protection.
You are always going to made a sacrifice with superthin cases. They are perhaps good for occasional drops but won't give you assurance. Any thin TPU case (with no ridges or bumps) will feel roughly the same. In fact, the default case's matte finish feels better than the rubbery texture (and smell) some TPU cases come with. Nillkin's cases usually have a matte finish.

you can search Essager 120w charging cable for Xiaomi, so far this is the only third-party cable that supports any Xiaomi fast charging.

On the listing:
"Multi-protocol compatibility, QC fast charge for Huawei, Samsung, OPPO, VIVO, Xiaomi, etc."

I am not 100% sure too...
