Tips and Tricks:
1. WhatsApp contacts name. credit @ZhuTou!
Go to WA permission
Allow Modify and delete contact
And Read contact
Then refresh ur WA contact

For the Gmail, after enabling autostart and disabling battery saver, I also went into the Gmail app > Settings > General Settings > Manage notifications and then I enabled notifications manually for my Mails. That did the trick for me

If accidentally remove, and phone stuck in boot loop, boot to recovery by:
1. Power off phone
2. Press and hold Vol Up + Power button to boot to recovery mode
3. Wipe Data + Cache
4. Reboot phone and you will need to re-set up your phone again

8. Ads blocking via Blokada. credits @Skyy
For those using Blokada to block ads, it won't work by default. Need to go to the phone Settings, search for Private DNS and turn it to OFF. Then for maximum ad blocking, in Blokada ver 5, go to the Advanced tab (the icon looks like a cube), then click Goodbye Ads, then choose the Xiaomi blocklist. Rem to also set Blokada to Autostart, No restrictions in Battery Saver and lock the app in the Recents page

those with battery drain issue, try this:

Settings > Apps > Manage apps > Top Right Corner 3 dot > Show system services > Battery and performance > Clear all data

Once done then reboot your phone and monitor

For those whom cant see the update, download the update file

Then go to Settings, About Phone, MIUI 12 Logo > Click on the 12 icon till u see additional features turned on

if im not wrong all F3 yet to ship.

no complains since its stated upfront being 5days pre-order, probably awaiting factory to churn out the fresh stocks. Its stated to ship by 2 April tho

has anyone's F3 shipped out? i thought i saw in the morning they set it "Seller is ready to ship your order", then just now i checked, back to nothing...
