I got the update notification for 12.0.3 a few days back but ignored it, but now when I check it update manager says no update available. (still on 12.0.2)

any bros know what to do?

I own Xiaomi TV and sometimes it will auto switch on by itself even though I never schedule auto power on/off...

Seems like a common issue with some Xiaomi products.

I monitored the last 2 days. Did not turn on by itself.

Hopefully stay that way.

Wait for the update file to be available and download it and flash

Download and do a local ugprade. Please ensure u are on 12.0.2 as this file is only applicable to update from 12.0.2 to 12.0.3

Or go to the top right corner click on the 3 dots and select download latest package

thanks for the advise. managed to update via ota, finally. Dolby and eq functionality was much welcomed tbh. only thing is tracetogether suddenly needs many permissions to run

Did you guys notice battery life is much better after the update? I can easily get 5hrs on screen, and battery level still left 40% at the end of the day.

Anyone know how to fix tracetogether app after poco update, it say app is not working and let app run in background, i click allow but no respond. I am on 12,0.3

1battery and performance
2click icon on top right
3go to App battery saver
4search for tracetogether
5select no restrictions

I haven't even encountered a single problem with this phone.

All the problems you see prople here are most likely user problem la.

They all probably install some rubbish or rogue apps which caused all those issues.

My battery life is great.

My phone doesn't auto off.

Gpay issue is Google issue which affects other brands also.

And i drive so I don't give a crap about all those gpay transit issues. So I don't care whether Google fixes it or not.

not much issue. the biggest one was idle battery drain, fixed in 12.0.3, and people reporting random shutdowns but might also be fixed in 12.0.3.
other than that its a standard xiaomi phone, if you have used one before, you know what to expect on miui.
you cant get anything better with 450$ for sure.

ah and my personal issue, the wifi AC range is bad. worse than my poco f1, i drop to 4g on my bed and have to resort to sticking with the slower 2.4ghz wireless N all the time for convenience.
nobody else seem to have reported this though

i don't see many problems
what problems are your concern?
most of the "problems" we have work around or if not its not within our control
so far the phone has been great for me and my usage.

all of us uses our phone differently.
