is it just me or anyone else facing issue opening activesg app? always face a black screen then crashes. tried reinstall, reboot phone all no use

tried clearing cache, app data, uninstall reinstall. all cannot. it goes into black screen then jumps back to home screen.

update: updated thru play store and its working now. i think they released a patch for it lol

p.s. a lifesaver tip for those that reach the gym then realise the app cant work then panic. you can actually access activesg thru browser (https://members.myactivesg.com/auth?redirect=/profile/vcard)

Place the power button nearer to the scanner
Go to the apps info turn on autostart and no restriction for battery saver
For TT and all apps require push notification like WA etc

Anyone check on Proximity sensor calibration by code *#*#6484#*#*? I check on my phone and the reading is 5.0 regardless sensor covered or not. Do the same on my Mi Max 3, can see the reading is 0 when sensor covered and 5.0 uncovered. Very annoying when listen to WhatsApp voice messages, it will change from speaker mode to earpiece mode. Did you encounter the same and what's your solution?

Removed tempered glass still the same. POCO official seller advise me to bring my phone to Xiaomi service center for them to diagnose. Plenty of user encounter the same and highlighted at XDA

Mine stuck on 5 too. But it doesn't really bother me. I hardly make calls on the phone.

not tempered glass issue.. apparently the F3 uses some fancy AI + ultrasonic sensor instead of a proper IR proximity sensor and tries to guess if the phone is at your ear or flat down and uses the orientation to judge whether it should turn on the screen or keep it black and unresponsive if you're making a call. Well the fancy AI sux and doesn't work half the time.
What works for me is when i make very obvious movements to bring the phone to my ear or to move it flat down to a horizontal level, use a bit of strength so that the sensor knows the orientation changed

Get the F3, it is the best of the models you mentioned as it is using the Snapdragon 870.

X3 series are all LCD screens. X3 GT uses Mediatek chip, X3 Pro uses Snapdragon 860, X3/ NFC uses Snaprdragon 732G.

X3 series bigger battery but AMOLED supposedly should be battery friendly, F3 (AMOLED & Snapdragon 870) should be a better choice.
