How to get the Gcam app? Sideload?
Yep, quality would get better. Quite obvious especially for night mode. The 48mp sensor they using is imx 582 which is essentially the same sensor as 586 except that it is modified. So expect similar performance of mi 9t pro camera on f3, if u want to unlock 4k 60fps got to use the gcam mod. If not stock 582 wont support that.

F3 is overall a worthwhile phone to get. Too bad realme didnt release the gt neo 2 in sg. The price is really hard to resist, and snapdragon 870 is power efficient and arguably the most reliable snapdragon chip atm. The 888 and 8 gen 1 have the heat and efficiency issues and it is everywhere on the 1000 dollars flagship, making f3 the no brainer to get.

Wah! Even more temping. Let me see whether can have the deal of our dear friend $347 for 8/256 or not.
Pretty sure you are 1 day too late from when you posted, now it's 2 days late, the price has already gone back to $599,

even with voucher, probably can't get under $500, let alone $400. you can try searching for reseller.

Does the early months (1.1, 2.2, 3.3, etc) has lazbonus?

I don't remember seeing it, so you probably better off waiting for new 2022 poco model with "early bird price" and maybe free gift, rumor says might be MediaTek instead of Snapdragon though.

They might drop the F3 price further when the new model release like the X3 Pro (early bird was $369, 12.12 was $299), but I doubt it though.

FYI: F3 early bird price was $499, 12.12 was $429 on lazada,

(It wasn't $419 a few minutes after midnight on 12.12 and I think it never was $419)

Actually it was 419. It was listed as 419 but there is a shop voucher to claim to make it 419

They were just bluffing with that, there was a $15 of $300 voucher for the poco store so they would have shown it as $414 if that's the real reason.

Another sign is how it is actually $419 on shopee, they were probably not willing to honor their promo listing price because they weren't aware of how "powerful" lazada discounts were gonna be.

Further more, the $429 is 11.11 price, they just stuck to using the last promo price.

Not sure what they are doing. But didn't matter as price is better than shopee

my nillkin didnt fit well at all. the 2.5d edge caused a white border and i removed it.
im using the one without black border, fits withhout white border at all
The one with black border will cover the whole screen, but the other one will not cover the whole screen, leaving a gap between the display and the phone's side, and this is clearly visible. If used with no case, one will be able to feel the SP's edge.

Question on the F3: when you are on a phone call in a quiet room and you adjust earpiece volume to lowest, can the people around you still hear the other party speaking?

I'm asking this as my X3 NFC has this issue, because Poco is using a loudspeaker as the earpiece in the phone.

the phone call volume is pretty soft. i had a hard time listening to it even in a quiet room at the highest volume. haha.
