Same as u, external card I usually put my songs and pics, internal is apps and games, more memory more games I bet. plus the extra 2GB ram will help with more powerful games I think *Genshin Impact*

Same sentiments, but depends on individual's budget.. maybe some want the most bang for buck regardless of storage and ram and unwilling to pay over $300 for a phone, etc.

This is an insanely, insanely good phone for its price, the snapdragon chipset alone will probably trounce last gen's exynos 990 chips on the s20(sorry for bringing Samsung into the picture ) if this is indeed an upgraded sd855.
