Not optimized maybe? My Poco F2 pro is not for playing games until i relegate it to a backup phone cos for me gaming always end up killing the battery faster than ever. It's usually for social media and photos/videos, and editing. That's why camera is usually one of the considering when i buy a phone.

Hmm.. By not optimised do you mean I can do anything to optimise it? Or I just have to wait for xiaomi to rectify it in future updates?

one of the mysteries of MIUI 12. haha. for me it's this. the media loads noticeably slower than other phones in telegram for some reason, even older ones. And so far i only notice this in telegram. Phone on the right is HTC U12+. But in other apps like whatsapp, instagram, the loading of media is just as fast as other phones.

I guess telegram media loading a little slower is still within my bearable limits, but as for lagging while gaming on non-intensive games it's kind of frustrating considering that the phone has a sd865 in it...

I think have to wait for Candy Crush updates to support it i guess. Not sure if Xiaomi goto do anything about it too. Like a while back Google ARCore also not supported, think that was on Xiaomi side to get it certified. Too complicating

Also bluetooth will crash when trying to turn on aac for some wireless earphones models.

I experienced that. Try a few more times and you will be able to log in...

On paper f2 pro is quite unbeatable at $500 at the moment. But Mi IU just ain’t Good enough to enjoy the fluid experience. Not sure if mi10 ultra and k30 ultra suffer similar fate.

3rd party launcher can't solve underlying issues. But nothing beat Nova lol. I switch back to 1.0x animation and it was terrible and i went back to 0.5x. Hope they are still working on improving the firmware. I look at Android 11 on pixel look really fluid man.

This is using MIUI with Poco launcher. Poco Launcher is like using Google launcher.

Monqiqi or Nillkin are good.. don't buy ibywind.. will have bubbles at the side.. and oleophobic coating like non existent..

Where you buy yours? I usually buy cheap cheap one and so far has done great jobs on my previous phones but on my Note 9S it's rather crappy. But now i'm not gonna touch the one on F2 Pro until the default one got problem cos it's pretty great and i try not to make the screen thicker

You guys using gcam? I think the latest one not bad. I was using ultracam previously (not latest) and it was fine but the latest one seem to have issue, photos were pretty bad so i now use gcam and so far seems normal, as in quality is good but night sight wise still goto head out to try, maybe Saturday will test at Cerebro

Monqiqi must buy from taobao.. nillkin shopee.. I'm very particular on screen protectors though.. especially the smoothness and oleophobic coating..

Me too but as long as it's not so bad, i'm fine with it. I just hate it when swiping and my finger get stuck like got water on it haha.
