Here’s what I found on Changting / Changting Network Technology Pte. Ltd. (Singapore / “changting.sg” / related red flags). I’m not asserting definitive fraud, but a number of concerning signals surfaced. Use this as due diligence, not proof.

---

Basic corporate / domain info

Website & domain “changting.sg”

WHOIS lookup shows domain changting.sg, updated Sep 9, 2025, with registrant listed as CHANGTING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD., email: a Gmail address (kiramengx[@]gmail.com).

The domain’s contact email being a generic Gmail (rather than a corporate domain) is a minor red flag (less professional / less control).

The site “changting.sg” is active and shows a profile of a tech company offering cloud, AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, etc.

Corporate registration / company profile

Changting Network Technology Pte. Ltd. is a registered company in Singapore, incorporated on 8 April 2019 (Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares)

According to MyCareersFuture, its address is listed as 60 Paya Lebar Road, #04-36, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051

On LinkedIn, the company is listed as privately held, with office address at 20 Sin Ming Lane, #05-53, Midview City, Singapore 573968 (or that as a premises)

On its Instagram, its profile shows same name and lists “Web Hosting and Other Hosting Services (eg Cloud, server and data hosting)” and address at “20 Sin Ming Lane, #05-53, Midview City”

Please catch them and lock up forever. If cost to jail is high, I hope we can consider death sentence

https://www.straitstimes.com/singap...ng-jobseekers-to-scam-linked-cambodian-resort

Changting Network Technology misled job seekers with Singapore-based roles that were actually in a sanctioned Cambodian site, Koh Kong Resort.

Koh Kong Resort, linked to businessman Ly Yong Phat, is sanctioned by the US Treasury for "serious human rights abuse related to the treatment of trafficked workers".

The firm offered high salaries, but later changed terms, slashed pay, and pressured applicants for passport details.

I saw a comment in 1 of those scam threads. Talking abt luring ppl to Cambodia.
