Mind sharing what the PTU fitness assessment comprised of?

They get you to run 2 rounds for warm up followed by stretching... then pull ups, sit ups and run.. but TBH, i dont think its 2.4km for the run. Haha

Went for everything except the PTU fitness assessment. I guess have to wait after my medical on the 10/06. What is the fitness assessment about? Can share a bit bro?

Best tip: Be honest, don't lie.

Im not very sure myself bro. But i do know that they have their own PT standards once youre in ptu...but got an advice from a friend, who told me best if you clock 50 for sit ups,12-15 for pull ups and 1030 and below for 2.4km..

Hi all, to those who went for DEI 1st stage last week.

I just want to share that (as expected) I got my rejection email today.

Not gonna lie, I feel sad. But I still hope with this news, those who attended the first session last week who still did not receive any news, your chances are high for 2nd stage!

And for those who also received the rejection email today, jiayou, you can feel sad, release your emotions in a positive way for a while. Don’t dwell into it for too long. Get up and move forward. Life moves on.

Should you be sure like me to join the force. Lets work hard on improving and try again on the next reapplication date!

To everybody who is at different stages of application, be it DES and DEI, jiayou! Don’t give up.
