The title was pre employment medical questionnaire but the actual title in doc is

Singapore public service medical condition questionnaire for candidate

Weird because I thought mx scheme don't need medical and my regular friends never seen this form before also. Hmm ok

They just sent me this form to fill up. Does it mean that I'm shortlisted? Thanks in advance.

They won't automatically know, you need to inform them. If Im not wrong, if they don't process your application in time, you would need to go to Tekong first then transfer to Home Team Academy.

Even if they do know, they are handling a large number of applicants(and might forget/slip their mind), so it would be best to inform them/remind them that you are enlisting soon.

ahh thanks for your input! although they already asked if i was a pre-enlistee in the additional document submission, i think they wouldn’t process my application faster than they normally would just because im a pre-enlistee. nevertheless, im hoping for the best and not get my enlistment date before SPF get back to me. thanks

Best to indicate DES or DEI for others to know. It's been only a month plus so wait a lil longer I guess. Many here have been waiting for months.

Meanwhile you can try look around and use some of the timeline others gave as a rough indication.

Yes I'm employed now. Been asking around also since there's alot of ex mha people around me. So getting info has been nice. Trying to see what sort of hobbie I can have. I been trying to sleep more. Because wfh has f*** up my timing. Seems to drag more into the night and longer work hours 🤔😂

Sc is staff constable. Aka our ns boys. Hr usually is filled with ns boys. If u see ur email is sent by people with title staff assistant it means they are sc. (someone told me this de)

Been calling them and smsing the hr management. But you gotta give it to me. I rejected 2 jobs for this interview. I was rushing cause they had offered and I needed a answer from spf but apparently they didn't give 😢 so I rejected. Sad. But showing u despo also got good la. U want the job ma

Sure if u wanna chat. Just pm me for details!

Ohh ohh, haha that is great at least you are employed now, whereas I assume most people applied spf doesn’t have a job. Ahh I see that is nice of them to share with you! Oh yes wfh definitely does screw the bodyclock badly and I grew fatter during those ** period.

Oh oh I see, thanks for sharing! That is good to know 😬

Are they responsive? Oh wow.. okay indeed rejecting 2 job is a huge sacrifice. I see.. oh well great things may come to those who wait 🙂 hmmm.. okay that is kinda true.

Haha okay!

anyone can share what to expect for panel interview (DEI)? like the typical interviewer:interviewee ratio and is it really daunting?

I remember there were around 5-6 people, a mixture of police officer, HR, psychologist. The typical starting question is asking you to introduce yourself and why you want to join SPF. Then the rest is related to leadership, personal values and current affairs.

I find the tea session more daunting as compared to the panel interview. The panel interview is generally manageable, but I personally feel that I did not leave a strong impression as my interview lasted for only about 15-20mins. :(

All the best for you if you attending the panel interview for DEI.

Hey I didn’t see this earlier but I just completed my panel this morning. It went exactly like you described haha. I can definitely relate about not leaving a strong impression, my interview was 15-20mins as well :( I also felt that I was way too nervous, and couldn’t stand my ground. Oh wellsss

Are you waiting for the outcome of the interview? If you are, all the best to you!!!
