Just received the offer today :)
But going to nego with hr for pay so prayers for the best!

Been a long journey my friends.

Hope all goes well by hr. Else pointless cause its lesser than my current :(

I assume they are aware of your current pay but still offer you what they offered you?

As long as you are entering as a DES, you need to shave. Pre NS or Served NS, both same same :s13:

Females entering as DES/ DEI no need to shave but advised to cut their hair short.

Males entering as DEI no need to shave.

Yup correct.
Can only say they offered slightly lesser than my current pay.

Not sure if they will take into consideration my new pay revision because will only take effect in Dec.

Have anyone tried to nego with hr before?

All I know is pay scheme defers for all position. Depending on the mx scheme ur offered under. Like mx 13 mx 12 etc
