it really depends I know of people who waited for a month+ while I myself waited for around 3 weeks

Ahh, as they state I enlisting at 16dec and I have 1 month notice so I ain’t sure if I should wait till I sign bond.. or next Monday I should tender resignation. Any advice if they might last minute draw out?

I only ever heard of 1 case of a govt agency (won't name where but is not SPF) rescinding an offer but to be fair they rescinded the offer an hour later on the same day due to a HR mistake. Never heard such a thing happening for SPF but nothing is 100% confirmed is all based on trust. Either way you have to tender 1 month notice so might as well. Anything then later worry bah jy!

I would say it is pretty safe to assume that once they offer it is more or less safe liao
Anyway the signing date won't be your appointment date. Appointment date will be the date for your enlistment so for the 1 month the latest you can give notice while fulfilling your contractual term is 16 nov

Oh wow, notified just after 1 hours is acceptable. But would just fear the worst case scenario would be.. after I tender they decided to inform me otherwise.This I would lose my job and 13month bonus. But yup nothing is 100% I guess I will make a call to spf recruitment centre to verified again!

Yup I thought so too. But as what you mention again not everything is 100%!

Oh no they send me the email of reporting date instead of signing date LOL. Which is on 16 December.
