same issue pre NS. ECG reading had issues then they told me to go heart centre do a treadmill test. end up they said i had no issues. not sure what im doing at CGH but the appt is at the cardiac centre.

yeap they emailed me asking for a referee from my previous internship but so far no news of them contacting my supervisor. guess they will push for it after my medical is done.
Ahh I see. I also heard doesn't mean you get to go for medical means panel is cleared. I think maybe I'll wait to see if they ask me for character referral then I would think I cleared my panel. Hopefully by this week or next week since my medical was on 11th July. Either that or get rejected :cry:

What I meant was I heard they will send you for panel and medical concurrently to save time. So I believe there is a chance to get rejected due to the panel even if there are no medical concerns. Thats why to me, until they ask for character referral, I will assume I havent pass panel.

From the body composition test, my BMI is 30.1 with bodyfat% 27.9%. But my skeletal muscle mass is also about 120% so I’m
hoping they also consider that. I’ve heard of stories where they defer the enlistment until the numbers are better. Anyhow heard of any experience when it comes to bodyfat% or
BMI? But so far this is for SCDF no news from SPF yet.

From what I know during NS, the usual cut-off for PES A/B is BMI ≤ 27 — anything above that usually triggers a follow-up body composition test, which checks your body fat % and muscle mass. I think that's why they had you do the body fat % check.

Anyone did panel for DEI today, have you received the medical email?
The timelines vary. I got my email for medical 7 days after the panel interview. Whereas my friend got her email for medical 1 day after the panel interview.

It's a separate one.
Did I mess up by proactively providing updated character referees from my work via email after my medical checkup haha. Now I won't know if didn't get the email from SPF BC they already have what they need from me, or if I'm eliminated.

@rafikki They emailed me a week after my medical.
@superp I don't think you messed up. As mentioned, anything after medical would be the waiting game. At this point, I think just be patient and wait for the email from them.

Hey bro, so far any news or update regarding the Body Composition Assessment (BCA)? Did the HR say anything about it?
