Hi, i’m asking on behalf of my cousin. even if you get called up for medical, it doesnt mean you pass the board interview right?

Hi, have you received your offer call? and.. may I know how long it took for them to call you for medical after your panel interview?

I got rejected from SO position some time around April and I was thinking how long must I wait to re-apply again?

Hi Elena :)
I got rejected at AD interview stage. I admit that I didn't answer really well during that stage. Not sure if the psychometric test and essay was also the reason I got rejected.

Do you have any tips for AD interview?

Hi, anyone here who went for S.A somewhere in June, went for medical appointment somewhere in July and alrdy got a news? For direct Sgt

Hi any existing reg SO or anyone here knows what are the jobs/responsibilities mainly of SO for most vocations (except CID & CNB officers) compared to JO's jobs?

I'm not a SO. From what I know, mostly P/Insp will start off as Assistant Team Lead (like a Management Trainee) and lead Neighborhood Police Centre Officer (NPCO). Then you may move on towards Investigating Officer (IO) tour. Then you may become an OC, Section/Department Head, Senior IO, etc.

The waiting time for the interview was quite as had to queue to enter haha. And I was the 3rd last to enter

My gosh. I was the 3rd last to enter too. And I may not have done well in the pre interview.

Haha how many ppl went that day? Mine was around 10-15pax haha.

Oh well, wouldn’t say I did very well too haha. But fingers crossed!

1 week and still no rejection letter lol. They also told u if 1-2weeks u didn’t receive any email u made it through :)

Mine had 8 people including me. My gosh 10-15, that's a lot.

Oh right right, that's true. But sigh, I thought I did well in the essay but suddenly when they interviewed me, my mind went blank. GG

Hi, i guess you have to stay calm through out? They ask the normal kind of questions pertaining to your leadership skills and experience and why you wanna join spf. I think the best tip i can give is just keep your cool, be confident, yet humble. :)
