you got that right. mines in the afternoon, how about you? quite glad that I chanced upon your earlier convo with abyssal.xuan. gave me some assurance for the panel hahaha

Hello there is it okay if I just contribute? Hahaha. As for the panel interview, be honest with yourself. As much as you want to impress them, at the the end of the day it is your honesty that will prevail.

These are just tips:
-Be genuine with your reason of wanting to join SPF and backed up with your own experiences if you can which then strengthens your reason.
-As for experiences, prepare 1-2 significant leaderships experiences. Remember to elaborate on it, not a lot but enough to give them an understanding of how you can position yourself to be a future DEI.
-Be up to date with current affairs.

I've applied VSC since August 2019 and my application was successful only in March. But I have yet to be deployed. The process takes an absurdly amount of time.

I didn't need to go through training as I was previously a Police NSF. But for those who needs to go training, have yet to even complete it due to the COVID situation. So it has been pushed back to even further.

You may apply now but I'm just saying, it will take months to complete the process and approve your application (not including training).

I've graduated and so I decided to just apply for DEI.

Btw your work as VSC would be most likely shift hours. 2 days (day night) shift, 2 off days. 12 hours each day.

Oh you were exempted from the training? I got accepted in March too

Still waiting for them to reply me about my stage 1 result... it's all a waiting game haha

well i think i know why i got rejected/unsuccessful because back in 2017 i applied for DES and i got the email for SA but i rejected them, so im not sure why or that could be the reason this application was unsuccessful

So do you know why or you don't cause doesn't sounds like you know why but rather still a guess.
