4 dec 20- Applied for DEI
22 Jan 21- shortlisted for first stage
1 Feb 21- Invitation to tea session
8 Feb 21- Actual tea session
16 Feb 21- Shortlisted for Selection assessment
3 Mar 21- Actual selection assessment

Hi guys, I applied to be a DES. Went for my interview, psychometric test, medical and just got an email asking me for my notice period and CPF contribution history. Is it a good sign? Is not about when, but about whether there’s a change in circumstances.

No point re-applying if there’s no change to your profile

Oh no. Sorry to hear that. Do you think you know what you answered that might have made you fail the interview? I just went for my tea session interview just now and not too sure how well it went. So it’s just gonna be a waiting game for me.

What are the chances of joining back the force if u left like 2 to 3 years from the force to further study etc. But exit interview indicated u wish to comeback after yr studies or etc. Heard from my friends some can join back the force if left the force not more than 5 years etc.
