Just received email for tea session. May I know the tea session is it just a casual interview or after tea session there is another real panel interview?

For DEI, i’d say its more casual, like get to know you abit and see if you know what you’re signing up for. they may ask about challenges, or related to your experiences, or your thoughts on current affairs/recent events (at least for mine)! Then round 4 is another interview with the panels which would probably be more challenging in terms of the questions asked

Usually its about 2 months wait.

My SA was early in first week of Feb and round 3 is about 2nd week of April
